Disappointing Experience Amid Bad Weather
Our stay coincided with severe weather, creating a harrowing experience. Despite the dangerous conditions, the owner refused a refund after our concert was canceled. Instead of prioritizing safety, it felt like a blatant money grab. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure environment.

We enjoyed fishing with experienced charter captains and even tried out the head boats for some sportfishing. The area is lively with plenty to do, and we loved the local vibe. Remember to book early for a good spot!
The parking situation was really tight and limited, making it a hassle when we arrived, especially with a truck.

The location had a lovely local vibe.
I was deeply disappointed during my stay. The room was poorly maintained, and the lack of cleanliness made it uncomfortable. I found it distressing that I couldn't reach management for assistance, which added to my frustration.

We spent some quality time fishing with experienced charter captains, which was a highlight for the kids. The location is perfect for family activities, and the room was clean and comfortable for our stay with three grandchildren.
My kids wished there were more activities on-site for families.

The picnic area was a total vibe, perfect for chowing down on grilled goodness. Plus, the outdoor spaces were just right for relaxing with a view. Clean and comfy room. can’t beat that air conditioning keeping it chill!
Though the bathroom was snug, it was clean enough to ensure we weren't put off. A bit of a trek to downtown, but you can't have it all, right?

Consider bringing blackout curtains if you're sensitive to light – the lack of privacy curtains can be challenging for a good night's sleep.

Perfect for quiet weekends away
The owner went out of her way to help us check in late at night when we got lost getting there, gave us detergent to wash some clothes, and the room was immaculate, almost brand new. Also enjoyed sitting outside on the nice patio while grilling at the picnic area with a fire pit, it felt like home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still manageable.
